SHIPMENT PREPARATION UPON RECEIVING YOUR ORDER
The products are shipped within 1-3 days after the confirmation of the order. You will receive an e-mail with shipping details after we have sent your order.

DELIVERY TIME
The delivery time is dependent on the destination country:
- Finland & Nordic countries 3–5 working days
- Other European countries 3–14 working days

The delivery time of the products will depend on each product. The delivery time will depend on the availability of the product and the shipping destination. The products are shipped within 1-3 days after the receiving of the order. If the product is temporarily sold out, the service will mention that the product is not available. The final delivery time will depend on the shipping destination and the shipping schedules of the post.
Laviss Lifestyle shall not be liable for delays in performing or failure to perform according to this Agreement or failure to fulfil any obligations hereunder, which are directly attributable to causes beyond Laviss Lifestyle's reasonable control (force majeur), including, but not limited to, acts of God, fires, strikes, labor disputes, war, acts or interventions by any governmental authority, failure of a common carrier, supplier, hardware, software, browser, or communications equipment, or network failure, congestion, or malfunction.
If the order includes many different products with different delivery times, the orders will be combined in one delivery and sent when all the products are ready.
Laviss Lifestyle takes responsibility over the loss and damage of the product that has occurred during the delivery.
If the Buyer notices that the package is damaged before opening it, please inform the party who delivered it. If the Buyer has opened the package before seeing the damage, please inform Laviss Lifestyle's customer service. When the Buyer returns products that do not have any damage, please note that the Buyer shall be responsible for the damage that may occur while the product is in sent back to Laviss Lifestyle.

CANCELLATION AND RETURNS
The User has a fourteen calendar days (14) right to return or exchange a product according to European consumer protection legislation.
The customer has a right to return a product if:
The order has been cancelled according to the terms and conditions by notifying the customer service info@laviss.fi within 14 days of delivery;
- The product package has not been opened
- The product is in the condition that the customer received it in and all the parts of the product are included in the package
Steps to return:
The product must be returned as soon as possible after cancellation.
- If you wish to return the product, please contact us by email at info@laviss.fi
- If we sent you a wrong or faulty product, we will send you the shipping label
- If it is due to ordered the wrong product, you will have to pay for the shipping cost
When returning products the User will be responsible for the risk of damages.
Faulty goods or items damaged during shipping have to be reported to info@laviss.fi as soon as possible after receiving the product. Laviss Lifestyle will strive to replace the faulty or damaged item, but if this is not possible, the customer will be reimbursed with the full amount of costs.
The fault or the sustained damage must be documented by due process and with appropriate photographs. Laviss Lifestyle will not deliver a replacement before the fault or damage has been confirmed.
Please follow the instructions given by the Laviss Lifestyle customer service when dealing with reclaim issues.
The price of the returned items will be cancelled or refunded on the buyer’s Klarna account or direct debit to buyer's bank account. The reimbursement will take place as soon as Laviss Lifestyle has received and inspected the returned item. This will result in a delay of some time before the refund is visible in bank records.
ORDERING AND PAYMENT TERMS
After you have ordered your product, you will receive an automatic confirmation by email that your order has been received and accepted. The order confirmation will state the products you ordered and their price.
A binding sales agreement between the Buyer and Laviss is reached when the Buyer receives an order confirmation e-mail.
Unless otherwise agreed by Laviss, payment must be received by prior to the acceptance of an order.
REGISTRATION
Registration is not necessary in order to buy from Laviss Web Shop but You get some advantages as a registered customer:
• Simple and easy - you only enter your information once.
• You will be kept up to date about your order.
• You can manage products in individual shopping lists, and much more.
WARRANTIES
Our rhinestones are made of glass, resins or acrylic. It is common that there are fine scratches on the surface during the process and from the moment they are packed in the factory until delivered to us. Laviss Lifestyle will not be responsible for the fine scratches and after a long wear. It is natural that the rhinestones gain scratches the moment they were produced and from time to time. The AB colour coating is as well get faded from time to time.

PRODUCT IMAGES
Due to the AB coating and angle of lighting in the photo shooting, the colours may vary from different angles and when viewing from different screen's resolution.
Please contact us at info@laviss.fi if you have ordered a wrong colour and we will try to sort it out for you.
CHANGES TO THE SERVICE AND THIS AGREEMENT
Laviss Lifestyle reserves the right to make changes to the Service, to policies, and this Buyer Agreement at any time.
JURISDICTION AND DISPUTE SETTLEMENT
This Buyer Agreement will be interpreted, construed and enforced in all respects in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Finland. Any contractual disputes are primarily settled through negotiations. Secondarily disputes are settled at the Rovaniemi District Court in Finland.
