Product price
The prices include a local value-added tax, and the tax information is specified on the order confirmation page.
Laviss Lifestyle Oy reserves the right to the changes in cost and the changes in the product information.
Shipping countries
We send our product from Finland to all of the EU countries:
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden
Fulfilment time
Your order will be sent to the shipping company's collection center within 1-3 weekdays after the confirmation of the order. The given days will extend if you order during the holiday eve or the bank holiday in Finland.
You will receive an e-mail with shipping details after we have sent your order.
Shipping time
The shipping time is listed as per the table on this page. The provided shipping times do not include the fulfilment time.
Laviss Lifestyle shall not be liable for delays in performing or failure to act according to this Agreement or failure to fulfil any obligations hereunder, which are directly attributable to causes beyond Laviss Lifestyle's reasonable control (force majeure), including, but not limited to, acts of God, fires, strikes, labour disputes, war, acts or interventions by any governmental authority, failure of a common carrier, supplier, hardware, software, browser, or communications equipment, or network failure, congestion, or malfunction.
Pickup point
We send your order to either of these destinations:
*We reserved the right to deliver small consignments to your home address as a letter.
Charge for the uncollected parcel
You will receive a notification to collect your parcel when it arrives at the shipping destination. A parcel that has not been picked up by the customer does not equal to return.
For any product returned to us by the postal service due to the customer's negligence to collect it from the collection point, we will charge the handling and postal fees. Any other returns that do not follow the procedures described here or agreed within the email will also be subject to the following charge:

0-2kg = 10 €
< 2kg = 20 €
EU countries other than Finland
0-2kg = 20 €
< 2kg = 20,00 € + 0,80 €/kg
Lost or damaged parcel
Laviss Lifestyle takes responsibility for the loss and damage of the parcel that occurred during the delivery.

Shipping fee's multiplier calculation
Please note that a multiplier fee per kilogram is incurred when the parcel weight reaches a particular kilogram.
Example of a multiplier calculation
Delivery country: Austria
Total parcel weight: 4 kg
Minimum delivery price to Austria: 0-2 kg = 18€
Additional kilogram price = 0.80€/kg
Total delivery fee for 4 kg: 18,00 €+ 0,80 €+ 0,80 € = 19,60 €
